GPs and their wider team need time to give patients the best care they possibly can. You can help free up time for those who really need expert advice by considering three alternatives before booking an appointment. Find out more

Important Notice

The Practice has been informed by the Health & Social Care Board that some patients have been contacted by 'bogus callers' claiming to be linked to the Practice in order to sell products or extract financial information including bank details.  Some bogus callers have asked questions about medical conditions and current medication.

If you receive a call of this nature, DO NOT disclose any personal information and contact the surgery immediately.

Referral is usually by GP to the Blood Room and Treatment Room 3.

Blood testing, blood pressure checks and urine testing can be done without an appointment in the Blood Room on the Ground Floor. It is open throughout the day from 8.30am to 5.30pm except Wednesday 8.30am-12.30pm.

Waiting times for Treatment/Blood Rooms can vary due to staff shortages. This is beyond the control of the Practice and your patience is appreciated.

For all other treatments or procedures, you will need to book an appointment with  Treatment Room 3.  Please ring 028 9250 1337 during phone-in times 12.30pm-12.45pm and 5.30pm-5.45pm except Wednesday 11.45am-12.00pm.

Letters requesting your attendance for blood and urine checks for specific clinics should also be presented at Treatment Room 3 at the time specified on the letter.

Samples for testing requested by a GP can be left in the yellow box at the Health Centre's Main Reception on Level 1.  They must be clearly labelled with your details.

Please note that for ear syringing, you need to make an appointment with a doctor first.

Warts and verrucas are no longer recommended to be treated with liquid nitrogen and ointments are available over the counter from your local pharmacy.
